My-BENGKEL Terms & Conditions Update

Updated T&C (effective 21 February 2016):

1.      Application form must be submitted (fax/email) 14 days before the actual date of the workshop.

2.      Payment shall be made 7 days before the actual date of the workshop.

3.      Transportation will be charged at RM 0.70/km (2-way). Location which requires other mode of transportation (by air / by sea) i.e: Langkawi, Sabah, Sarawak will be charged at market rate.

4.      Each school must select a minimum of Two (1+1) workshop modules (Module 1 compulsory)

5.      Each workshop module must meet the requirement of 50 students (COMPULSORY).

6.      Each kit will be shared by 2 students.

7.      Date & time will be proposed by the school management and subject to organizer’s availability.

8.      All materials will be provided by the organizer and shall be returned upon completion of the workshop.

9.      Should there be any damage(s) onto the kit during the workshop, additional charges will be charged to the student/school.
