participating “My-BENGKEL” workshop series. Before you proceed to download the
registration form, please spend a few minutes to read this mini guide to help
you with the registration process.

VENUE
Each workshop will be conducted in the
school itself (computer lab with minimum 25 units of computers)
WORKSHOP
DURATION
Minimum 2 hours (based on compulsory
modules). Every additional module will add-on 1 hour each.
AGE
9 years old and above
WORKSHOP
FEES
RM 20.00 per student for the first 2
compulsory modules. Additional module will be charged separately.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Application
must be submitted through online registration 30 days before the actual date of
the workshop.
2. Date
& time will be proposed by the school management and subject to organizer’s
availability.
3. Payment
shall be made within 7 days once the workshop date is confirmed by organizer.
4. Transportation
will be charged at RM 0.70/km (2-way). Location which requires other mode of
transportation (by air / by sea) i.e: Langkawi, Sabah, Sarawak will be charged
at market rate.
5.
Each school is required to take
the MANDATORY Basic Package.
Application Package is optional. (Certificate will only be awarded to
participant who take at least 1 Application Package).
6. Each
module (Basic Package & Application Package) must meet the requirement of
50 students (COMPULSORY).
7. Each
workshop will be conducted in the school itself (computer lab with minimum 25
units of computers)
8. Minimum
2 hours (based on compulsory modules). Every additional module will add-on 1
hour each.
9. Each
kit will be shared by 2 students.
10. All
materials will be provided by the organizer and shall be returned upon
completion of the workshop.
11. Should
there be any damage(s) onto the training kit during the workshop, additional
charges will be charged to the student/school.
